SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

The Company provides Investment, Savings, Life Insurance, and Employee Benefits solutions to individuals.

Management Company Administrator required with fund administration experience, a good knowledge of investment securities, mutual funds, compliance, KYC, subscriptions, and redemptions.

The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification is compulsory.
At least 4 years relevant work experience.
Knowledge of insurance business advantageous.
Knowledge of offshore investment business required.
Knowledge of AML and CFT legislation and regulations.
Good understanding of global financial markets.

Perform administration duties on the Company’s CRM and administration systems, as follows:
o Perform KYC reviews for new and existing clients.
o Capture and update data for new and existing clients.
o Create new client accounts.
o Scan, upload and file client documents.
o Create policy schedules for new investment transactions.
o Import and upload bank statements and transactions.
o Match deposits to Investor/Policyholder accounts.
o Process distributions, switches, and investment instructions.
o Process income payments.
o Process withdrawal and surrender instructions.
o Resolve and respond to general queries and instructions from clients by email and telephone.
o Follow up with clients on outstanding data and document requirements.
o Reconcile daily cash accounts.
o Update fund/instrument pricing.

o Process trade instructions.
o Process bank transfers and payments.
o Process debit orders.
o Process forex transactions.
o Investigate and resolve complaints according to the Company’s Complaints policy and procedure.
o Create new instruments/funds/products on the Company’s Administration system.
o Review and authorise instructions.
o Generate and analyse data/reports as and when required.
o Prepare and distribute Investor/Policyholder statements.
o Resolve and respond to queries and instructions from clients by email and telephone, supplying information relating to policy portfolios, prices, dealing procedures and instructions, markets and currencies.

Knowledge of insurance business advantageous. • Knowledge of offshore investment business required. • Knowledge of AML and CFT legislation and regulations. • Good understanding of global financial markets
