JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Fund Development Manager

One of our NPO clients based in Cape Town, they are looking for a Senior Fund Development Manager to join their team.

Qualifications

â–ª Degree or Diploma in Marketing, PR, or similar

â–ª Applicable / related short courses

Experience

â–ª A minimumof 10 years' proven, relevant experience in fund development / resource mobilisation

â–ª At least 5 years' experience managing a team

â–ª Experience conducting media interviews - live and recorded radio; television etc.

â–ª Public speaking experience

â–ª Microsoft Office 365 experience beneficial

â–ª Microsoft Dynamics Business / Business Central experience beneficial

Requirements

â–ª Driver's licence and own vehicle essential

â–ª Willingness to travel

â–ª Excellent verbal and written skills

â–ª Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

â–ª Ability to solve complex problems and see projects through to completion

â–ª Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions

â–ª Good technical knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware and applications capability

â–ª Team-oriented attitude

â–ª Ability to manage time productively and effectively prioritise and manage numerous projects

â–ª Fast learner, with the ability to adapt to various circumstances and work environments

â–ª Strong customer service ethic
