SUMMARY:
The Purpose of Your Role (Based in Gauteng) You will be responsible for developing high-quality web application components for our client in consulting space. You will design, code and unit-test new functionality in an Agile environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Skills Required

You have solid software design and programming fundamentals
You have experience with enterprise Java / Spring /Springboot / JEE
You have experience with in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
You have knowledge of client-side MVC frameworks and/or experience with one or more popular JavaScript toolkits (jQuery, Backbone, Angular.js)
As a plus, you have knowledge of responsive web development techniques and/or Scrum Agile methodology

The Value You Deliver

Working closely with application owners, architecture and business sponsors
Rapid prototyping to validate good and bad ideas quickly
Writing source code, adapting existing components, and unit testing developed components.
Ensuring designs meet performance, security, usability, and reliability and scalability requirements.
Working under minimal supervision in collaboration with other engineer and analysts
