SUMMARY:
Fuel Station Manager - Vryheid

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Petrol Station
  • Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that the petrol station always has adequate fuel, lubricants and oils, spares and stock
  • The Petrol Attendant Supervisor will be responsible for arranging the shift patterns with the staff to ensure that they all work the required hours per month and the Data Capturer will capture the hours and arrange the payroll
  • The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing this and making sure that there are no errors
  • Banking and making payments on time
  • An Accounting firm does their accounting, tax and audit
  • Making sure that all money is banked on time and in a safe and orderly fashion
  • Recruiting petrol attendants, disciplinary procedures, HR
  • Marketing the petrol station to attract more visitors
  • Preferably have a Licence to Operate (LTO) certificate
