SUMMARY:
Quality Coordinator for Fruit Packhouses and Export

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of South Africa’s leading Fruit Export companies is looking for a Quality Coordinator to be based at their offices in Stellenbosh.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the quality processes throughout the packhouses as well as do seasonal forecasts, planning and post season recons in conjunction with the rest of the departments which will include sales, pre-harvest, post-harvest, and logistics. You will also be in an advisory capacity to the internal and 3rd party growers with regards to quality control processes.
Data gathering, data management and data analysis will be the determining grounds for taking actions and continuous improvement processes which will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
Relevant Agricultural degree or diploma
2 Years’ industry experience of which minimum 1 year in Quality
Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel
Proven insight and understanding into Data Utilisation and data management processes.
Valid drivers’ license
