Fruit Document Controller

SUMMARY:
Position available for someone with strong experience in fruit export documentation, in the Bellville area.

POSITION INFO:

• Dealing with customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handling of all documents required
• Check  shipment - corresponding with all shipment -documents
• Booking off Contains on Cargo Due
• Update clients on all shipment
• Prepare Export documentation / Check Export codes
• Complete VOC''''s  and SD500
• Commercial Invoicing and Packing Slips
• Export documentation, SADAC, duties, surcharges
• Following up with the Client or Origin office for the following documentation: Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, House Bill of Lading and Certificates required e.g. certificate of origin, permits
• Requesting documents from the Client or Origin

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Afrikaans
2. Experience in handling fruit export documentation - Phyto’s / ERU 1 / Entry (SARS) / PPECB / SAD500
3. Processing fruit export documentation 
4. Bills of Lading / Waybill
5. PPECB Certificates
6. Phytosanitary Certificates
7. Eur.1 Certificates
8. Form A Certificates
9. Certificates of Origin
10. Submitting Cargo Dues
11. Submitting SAD500 values
12. Knowledge of Cargo Tracking Notes
13. Able to work overtime in peak-season
14. Own transport will be helpfull (not requirement)
15. Relevant qualification
