Frontline Officer

Our client in the IT Industry is looking for a Front line officer to join their Team.

Description:

The successful candidate will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organisation. As an IT technical support officer, you'll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.

• assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or information technology.

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• 3+ years experience in Information Technology.
