Front of House Supervisor | Pretoria | Fine Dining Restaurant

We are currently looking for experienced FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR to join an upmarket French-fusion fine dining restaurant located in Waterkloof, Pretoria.

As ideal candidate you will have:

• 3 years previous experience in upmarket restaurants is essential
• Solid understanding of wines (sommelier certification beneficial)

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a busy environment
• Presentable at all times
• Fluent English/excellent communication skills
• You will be responsible for managing waiters, duties, restaurant setup, bar and stock control

Starting Date: ASAP

Salary Package

• Basis Salary: R9 000, negotiable depending on experience and skills
• Staff meal per day
• 2 days off per week
• Overtime will be paid
