Front of House Assistant - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in George is looking for a Front of House Assistant to join their team.

Job functions and duties:
- Assisting customers via telephone, email, SMS & WhatsApp
- Assisting sales team in closing deals
- Capturing orders on system
- Other administrative functions (cash-ups, counter relief)

Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Own reliable transport
- Young and Friendly
- Able to work for themselves without constant supervision
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service orientated (able to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints)
- Time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Sales Office Administration

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday working form 08:00 - 17:00
Rotate staff for working Saturdays from 09:00 - 12:00
