Front of House Assistant - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in George is looking for a Front of House Assistant to join their team.
  • Job functions and duties:
    • Assisting customers via telephone, email, SMS & WhatsApp
    • Assisting sales team in closing deals 
    • Capturing orders on system 
    • Other administrative functions (cash-ups, counter relief) 
  • Requirements:
    • Matric certificate
    • Own reliable transport
    • Young and Friendly
    • Able to work for themselves without constant supervision 
    • Able to multitask and work efficiently 
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Customer service orientated (able to handle difficult customers and resolve complaints)
    • Time management skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
    • Sales Office Administration
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday working form 08:00 - 17:00
Rotate staff for working Saturdays from 09:00 - 12:00
