POSITION INFO:

Front Desk Agent | Qatar | New opening Luxury Hotel

We are looking for experienced FRONT DESK AGENT to join the team of a new opening, luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This hotel brand is a part of one of the largest hospitality group with presence in 110 countries.

Start: The candidate MUST be able to onboard from 10^th August 2021

Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent

• Check guests in and out of their rooms
• Answer any questions guests have
• Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
• Store any luggage guests have
• Answer the phone and direct the call
• Take reservations on the phone
• Arrange transportation for guests
• Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Hospitality qualification
• Two or more years of experience working in a 5 Star hotel in a similar position
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Salary package:

• Basic QAR 2500 (ZAR 9700)
• Free accommodation
• Bus transport to and from work
• Meals on duty

• 21 days of annual leave
• 8 Public Holidays
• 3 days of personal leave
• Uniform provided by the Hotel
• Return flight home every two years
• Unlimited contract.
