Requirements:
Matric and speak English and Afrikaans fluently
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience Fresh Produce Retail Store Manager experience
Management of Fresh Produce High-End Retail Shop (must have fresh produce experience preferably fresh fish/meat/deli etc.)
Must reside in Hyde Park, Rosebank, Randburg area or within a 25km, radius
Computer Literate and use own initiative

Must be able to work independently and be punctual
Good organisational and administration skills

Sorting out all customer problems
Staff rosters
Taking orders over the phone
Overtime of staff
Discipline of staff
Welcoming and interacting with customers
Maintenance of all freezers
See that the compressor is in a working order
Opening and closing of store
Check stock in freezers regularly
Placing orders when needed
Check if freezers need to be defrosted and cleaned
