French Speaking Customer Service Agent

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Contact Centre BPO space is seeking to employ vibrant, articulate French Speaking Customer Service Agents.

POSITION INFO:

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for handling incoming traffic (by telephone, mail, chat, and/or web(care)). The incoming contacts usually involve the handling of notices, answering questions and complaints, provide information about services, and give information about products and invoices. You provide service to our customers (business-2-business and/or business-2-consumer) and try to exceed their expectations during each call. The CSR is always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

Please note that this role requires one to be fully articulated in speaking, reading, and writing in the French language. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming contacts in English and French
• Achieve the first-time contact resolution targets
• Achieve the productivity and attendance targets
• To achieve the qualitative and quantitative personal goals to contribute to the team and department targets

 Requirements:

• Valid South African ID / Work Visa / Passport 
• Advanced English Language skill (Speak, Read, Write)
• Advanced France Language Skills (Speak, Read, Write)
• Working experience with computer (MS Office) and internet (Internet Explorer/ Firefox)
• Experience with customer contacts (preferably by telephone and email)
• Sense of responsibility
• Pay close attention to detail
• Fast learner, with the ability to work on different computer systems at the same time
• Independent and customer-friendly;
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette

Market related salary on offer.
