To obtain new logistics and freight forwarding business that is in line with the companyâ€™s strategy and resources while maintaining core values and culture

POSITION INFO:

Freight Forwarding: Import and Export New Business Sales Executive

Area: Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town

Remuneration: Negotiable up to R42000 CTC P/M plus Petrol card, tools of trade, quarterly commission

Overview: To obtain new logistics and freight forwarding business that is in line with the company’s strategy and resources while maintaining core values and culture

KPI:

New Business development
Number of estimates
Measure external customer satisfaction
Maintain external customers
Management of pricing process (Estimates and proposals – Air, Sea and road)

Experience and qualifications:

Matric
Sales and Maketing Diploma
Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics Air and Sea imports and exports would be advantageous
Valid drivers license
3 - 5 years Sales experience in Logistics and Transport industry especially air and Sea freight (not negotiable), Imports /exports forwarding and clearing.
Candidates with retail or Beverages or renewable energy freight sales experience
Advertising and Sales promotion technique
Forwarding, Clearing and Logistics
