As a Fraud Analyst, you will be a key part of the Fraud Operations team whose role it is to ensure the highest standards of quality for fraud reviews by taking action on suspicious deposits and account activity in an effort to reduce our fraud rates. The role offers a high level of responsibility for a key area of the business and the opportunity to progress to increased levels of pay and responsibility based on performance.      

Requirements:

• Familiarity with online and offline payment fraud, payment industry trends, risk analysis and third-party verification and risk management solutions – can be advantageous
• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills combined with a professional work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a professional and mature manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in settlements/operations or fraud prevention/compliance in online banking would be an advantage.
• Excellence in numbers, analytics, structured processes
• Ability to handle escalated situations with ease and professionalism
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality with regards to investigations and account detail
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and co-workers
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (specifically Excel) and overall Info-Tech affinity

Advantageous:

Previous Fraud related experience would be an advantage

1-year experience in Financial Services; or Fraud Management

Minimum 1-year experience in E-commerce Fraud Service.
