Requirements:

• 8 Years Work Experience, Managerial Experience beneficial) (Alternatively 1 Year E-Commerce Experience)
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Related Courses
• Experience in Marketing an e-commerce start-up/ Relating digital activities to commercial outcomes

Duties:

• Champion a customer-first approach across the business and deliver impactful end-to-end marketing initiatives within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
• Grow the online partnership network and customer base in a competitive market.

Responsible for the Marketing Strategy Set Up

• Important for the continued future endeavours of the business, key foundational marketing requirements will need to be established

Create and deliver a customer-centric Digital Marketing Strategy

• Being the underpinning factor to drive sales activities, to drive business activities and increase visitors, conversion, visibility, brand and sales

Responsible for building brand presence and capitalising on Franchise market-leading position -

• Critical to ensuring sustained growth of the platform

Responsible for generating traffic to the website and engaging customers out of the typical purchase cycle

• To consistently drive an increase in customer numbers and spend

Accountable for monitoring goals and measuring performance across all channels, adapting strategy as required

• To ensure the team are on track to deliver commercial, customer and marketing targets

Driving demand across the acquisition lifecycle -

• To focus on conversion and improving the cost and quality of customer acquisitions

Maximise the effectiveness of affiliate sites -

• To further grow the Franchise offer/proposition
