Franchise Manager - AA/BEE - Westrand

SUMMARY:
Our client who is a franchisor of a well-established national food outlet is looking for a Franchise Manager to call on their franchisees and assist them in making their businesses more profitable and incorporate changes that are always happening within large companies such as our clients.

POSITION INFO:

Proven track record of achieving resultant results (even if you are a manager of a franchise-related restaurant and have added value and have grown through the ranks let''s look at you)
Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets
Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary
Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention
Well advertised with technology (supplied by the client) 
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
5 years experience in franchising in a similar role 

Must have valid drivers license
