Foreman - Construction

Cape Town, Western Cape

A prominent Western Cape based construction company is looking to employ the services of a Foreman

Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

2 to 5 years experience
Valid drivers license
Mobile phone

Skills & Experience:

Supervisor
Site Management
Experienced in finishes
Setting out of duties
Prioritizing duties
Ordering of material utilized on site
Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule
Recording of completed works
Recording of hours worked by each employee

Competencies:

Confidence and decisiveness
Client focus
Planning and organizing
Information gathering and problem analysis
Quality and detail orientation
Presenting and communicating information

SALARY: R10 0000-R30 000 per month negotiable dependent on skills and experience
