Building Foreman SEA POINT!

POSITION INFO:

Information about our Client
Our Client is a Building Contractor who are currently busy working on a large renovation project in Sea Point that consists of 40 Residential Apartments with a 6 story multi-level apartment building

Duties:
Managing and supervising all subcontractors
Planning and working out programs for projects
Quality control
Managing finishing
Liaising with client, architect and engineer

Preference shall be given to Foreman with a trade qualification
Must have at least 10 years experience with large building contracts
