POSITION INFO:

A leading construction company specializing in high-rise and commercial builds is seeking a skilled Foreman to join their team.

About the Role:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain workflow and project timelines.
Enforce safety standards and quality control measures on-site.
Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Site Manager and senior leadership.
Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, preferably on high-rise or commercial projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Johannesburg-based, with flexibility to work on various project sites.
