POSITION INFO:

Foreclosure Secretary - Pretoria East

Well established Law Firm based in Pretoria East requires the services of a Foreclosure Secretary, to function predominately in the Sale in Execution Department with the following experience

Requirements:

Gr 12 / matric

At least 2 – 5 years’ recent/current experience as a foreclosures/legal typist /Secretary

Drafting of Rule 46A Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other foreclosure related documentation.

Intricate knowledge of legislative time lines applicable to the Sale in Execution process

Fluent in English, verbal and written

Ability to independently attend to the entire Sale in Execution process

Ability to attend to Rule 46A (9) (d) and Rule 46(11) Applications

Ability to perform well under immense pressure

Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times

Ability to liaise with banks, debtors and counsel telephonically and via e-mail

Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players telephonically and via e-mail

Strong communication skills

Excellent administrative skills

Great attention to detail

Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Previous experience in working on GHOSTPRACTICE will be an advantage.

SALARY - Negotiable depending on experience (R18k Max) provident fund, medical aid.
