A leading financial services concern has a new opportunity available for a Foreclosure Consultant.  One will be responsible handle all arrear accounts transferred to the Foreclosure Undefended Team at Foreclosures and where it is necessary, to institute legal action using approved attorneys on the organisations panel.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Paralegal Diploma or LLB (Law Degree)
• Minimum 2 - 3 Years of related legal experience and knowledge
• 3 to 4 Years’ experience within related legal fields
