SUMMARY:

An opportunity has just become available for a resilient, passionate, and experienced Footwear Buyer to be based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate would be responsible for trending, sourcing, and procurement of Men's footwear.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Range preparation, coordination, and presentation
  • Range execution in alignment with the business objectives
  • Presenting range reviews
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
  • Effectively collaborating with the relevant stakeholders and departments
  • Overseeing the Product Quality and Fit
  • Controlling sample stock
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences to stay abreast of industry standards
  • General buying administrative functions
