SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
The suitable candidate needs to ensure a high standard of service and cleanliness in the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, boardroom, conference room and kitchen are maintained. Supervises all staff in the Food and Beverage department, including breakfast / coffee shop cooks, barmen, waiters / waitresses, coffee shop staff, boardroom, conference rooms and cleaners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12.
National Diploma Hospitality Management / C & G Diploma / Equivalent.
Computer literacy is essential.

Experience:
Applicant must have held a position in a restaurant and/or kitchen for at least 1 year. Supervision experience required.
