Food and Beverage Manager

The successful F&B Manager will be responsible for all functions by delivering a superb guest experience. Once employed at this prestigious institution, you be responsible to maximize sales and revenue by maintaining and improving sales. You would be supervising restaurants, bars, and conferences effectively. Your KPA’s would include revenue management, food costs, budget, inventories, hygiene, and stock, forecasting, and F&B orders.

Must:

have 8+ yrs exp in similar position

Preference will be given to:

those who obtained a related tertiary qual

Responsible for the smooth running and management of food and beverages operations:

• Management of restaurants, bar, patio area, conference facilities
• hire staff, purchase food and stock, ensure all is trained on proper food preparation,
• Administer all aspects of F&B, e.g., revenues, stock control, food costs, budgets, inventories, sanitation and discipline in the department.
• Do forecasts, plans and controls the ordering of food and beverages
• manages the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink for the hotel premises. “
• sourcing, ordering and transporting of F&B.’
• Knowledge of legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards.
