Our client in the Hospitality industry is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Hazyview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment 
  • Strong administrative skills - stock control, budgeting, staff, etc. 
  • Hands on problem solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  •  Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Lodge
