Our client in the Hospitality industry is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Hazyview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Strong administrative skills - stock control, budgeting, staff, etc.
Hands on problem solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Lodge
