An Food and Beverage Manager position is available at a Beach Lodge in Plettenberg Bay. The candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to handle a busy working environment. A strong candidate will have good F&B knowledge, be able to think on their feet and have a can do attitude.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Min 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry 
•    Tertiary Hospitality / Tourism Diploma or qualification preferred 
•    Own transportation preferable
•    Exceptional guest interaction ability
•    Able to think on your feet and out the box
•    Knowledge of Plettenberg Bay Area and Activities advantageous 
•    Computer literate (MS Office essential, Semper advantageous) with good communication skills (written and verbal) Skills:
•    Excellent organizational and administrative skills
•    High sense of Responsibility 
•    Ability to handle, direct and solve stressful situations
•    Sense of ownership and pride in work
•    Hands on approach
•    Self-motivated
•    Flexible attitude and willing to take on tasks necessary
•    Well groomed and a good sense of personal hygiene
•    A sense of fun and understanding of the hospitality way of doing things
