SUMMARY:
*Involvement in Maintaining TQM , Food safety, and Traceability systems

POSITION INFO:

Our client a Leading FMCG company is looking for a Food Technologist to join their team!

*Involvement in Maintaining TQM , Food safety, and Traceability systems
*Monitoring cleaning and sanitization programs
*Training of new and existing colleagues in Basic hygiene, food safety and quality control
*Executing scheduled Internal food safety, hygiene, GMP and foreign body audits
*Involvement in factory trials and pre-production launches, sampling plans and laboratory requests
*Supplier quality assurance and management of raw material approvals
*Quality control supervision and management
*Root cause analysis on Customer complaints, RTVs,Non-conforming product and raising of NCRs.
*Analysing microbiological reports
*Management of calibration of instruments
*Document control
*Participating in Continuous improvement
