Our client, a leader in the fruit agriculture industry, seeks to employ a Food Safety Administrator to join their operations in Kirkwood, Eastern Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

BRC Document Control & Updating
Managing internal audits and assisting with external audits and the compliancy thereof
Swab Analysis
Food Safety & BRC training
Supplier compliance and documentation
Food Safety Meetings

Requirements:

Grade 12 as per the national senior certificate requirements (Umalusi endorsed)
Additional tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Experience in BRC, Food Safety & auditing will be advantageous
Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry
Extensive understanding of the portfolio of pack
housing
