Food Procurement Buyer

POSITION INFO:

Are you a focused and driven Procurement specialist with an excellent knowledge of the food services FMCG sectors.  You will source and procure FMCG products. All dry goods. 

Duties:

• Source suppliers and products and buildt a solid relationship with them
• Loading and reviewing Materials REquirment Plan on a weekly basis to establish total production inputs
• Monitor and manage all persishable inputs to align with weekly production requirements
• Internal liaison with the Planning and Production managers to ensure scheduled production changes are timously acted upon and communicated.
• Manage functions performed by the procurement administrative/clerical support staff.
• Monthly Stock-takes
