JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an immediately available individual to take up this varied and busy opportunity. This individual will assist in the managing of the food operations of the business and some logistics duties. Would entail oversee 100 - 250 contractors shifted on a daily basis. Would be required to work shifts as per company needs.

Requirements:

Grade 12 with tertiary qualification
Previous experience in Logistics / Service industry
Management experience
5 years minimum - driving for a courier / delivery company advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and overseeing staff duties
Assisting drivers with queries and escalations - restaurant issues - delays etc
Assisting drivers with order delivery progress
Driver cash up process
Cash banking
May be required to conduct courier delivery duties on a shift rotational basis
