Fluent German speakers needed

Our client in the online industry is currently looking for fluent German speakers to start work on 07 February 2022 in Cape Town. This particular position is permanent work from home with all benefits. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as this will be a 24/7 call centre job, responding to customer queries via emails and calls.

The basic salary is R16666.66, plus medical aid and provident fund.

Basic qualifications;

• Matric or equivalent to an NQF 4 qualification
• Must be able to read, comprehend and understand the German language fluently
• Proficient in English both verbal and written skills
• 1+ year of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS office applications.
• If not a Citizen you must have a permanent residence
• Fibre/ADSL internet connection with a minimum of 10mbps upload and 10mbps download (fibre).
