Customer Service chat and email.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for Customer Service Agents to join their team in the new year. Successful candidates will work on a Chat, email and social media campaign for the Italian Market.

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification
Excellent Italian writing skills
Able to work Shifts latest 10pm Monday to Friday then Saturday and Sunday latest 8pm.
Available to start second week of January 2022
This is strictly an office bound position NO working from home.

Remuneration:

R16 000.00 CTC per month
Shift allowance
