Fluent German speaking Digital and Retail customer service consultant

SUMMARY:
We are looking for fluent German speakers for Customer Service positions

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for FLUENT German customer service consultants, the incumbents will be handling online queries, calls and social media chats with customers in German.

You must:

Have matric or equivalent

Have Excellent German written skills

Have the ability to work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week

Remuneration and benefits: R15, 775.76

Retail Market    : Basic salary R15, 775.73

Digital Market   : Basic salary R16, 469.20

Medical aid       : R960 contribution/R560 Partner and R300 per child up to 3 children

Provident fund : 4% company contribution

Transport         : Free between 7pm -6am with in a 35km radius

Bonus               : Bonus which is awarded to top performers, payout is quarterly
