Fluent German Agents

We are very excited to share with you an opportunity at one of our clients in Cape Town. Our Client is in the Customer Service industry servicing the German market. 

We are looking for fluent German speakers to permanently work from home and join the customer service associate team on the ASAP.

The following is what is required:

• Matric or Equivalent qualification 
• Computer literacy 
• Be social media savvy 
• Only South African citizens/ Perm resident holders
• Availability to attend training in Cape Town
• High-level fluency in German & English languages
• High leave of Computer literacy
• Social media savvy on various platforms and applications
• Stable unlimited internet connection for a home-based role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in providing real-time feedback to customers is preferable
• Call centre or relevant customer service experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently with solid discipline

Remuneration:

• The company will contribute electricity and fibre costs, as well as an inverter to be operational through load shedding.
• Salary is R 20 000 gross with quarterly, performance incentives which are paid in Euros.
• Guaranteed no weekend work and no night shifts, all of our shifts fall between 8 am and 7 pm as the latest cut-off time.
