SUMMARY:
Control and Monitor fleet and drivers

POSITION INFO:

Fleet Operations Controller

Based in Randburg

Salary negotiable, please indicate current and expected salary on cv.

Monitor trucks and trailers and rep vehicles via tracking system – V Track

Monitor drivers and trucks via camera system – Amber Connect.

Review and submit daily Missing mileage, local unaccounted, local idle vehicle reports to supervisor,

Daily exception reports

Manage driver schedules

Monitor and manage Driver performance and behaviours

Monitor drivers cycle times, turn-around times and stoppages etc.

Ensure all required Documentation e.g., POD''s, load & off-load sheets, fuel, toll, wash and weighbridge slips) are handed in timeously

Communicate with drivers regularly to ensure they are adhering to schedules, and that there is no unusual activity etc.

Fuel slips.

Make sure they stay on the routes they need to be on

Deliveries happens on time

Panic buttons and emergencies are attended to.
