Fleet Controller - Denver, Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

vManagement of the assets and staff under your control and the meeting of objectives set in the budget process.
vMaximum Utilization of Vehicles, planning of loads, routes and fuel.
vEnsure service Level Agreements are met.
vEnsure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal   requirements.
vAccident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation.
vEnsuring that all equipment / machinery is serviced within the allowed service intervals and planned COF’s updated.
vMaintaining of a high level of discipline, within the operations.
vEnsuring staff under your control maintain high level of service to customers.
vPreparation and submission of leave schedules in such a manner as to not effect customer requirements.
vAdministrative duties and document control.
vSolving of queries and problem solving.
vManagement of Drive-Cam as well as Tracking reports.

Minimum Requirements:

vNQF Level as Minimum Requirement
vLevel 4 Equivalent to Grade 12
vNational Diploma in Transport Management a Bonus
vMinimum Experience Required: 4+ Years Fleet Controller Experience
vLanguage Requirements: English
