Job Position: Fleet Controller

Salary: R10 000 per month CTC ommensurate with experience and qualification

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm

Saturdays: 8 am to 1 pm

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Matric with a minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, general admin and / or retail experience
• Good communication skills
• Own reliable transport
• A meticulous and disciplined person able to prioritize tasks and work methodically
• Able to handle challenging customers and situations
• Must have good time management skills
• Experience with:

-      Handling customer queries

-      Sending confirmation of delivery / receipt

-      General administration duties

Key Performance Areas:

• Handle customer queries
• Send confirmation of delivery / receipt
• Prioritizing of ageing units
• Verification of own system versus the OEM’s system
• Confirm that all information on loads is accurate and that load matrix are met
• Prioritizing and ensuring that orders are delivered on time
• Consistent updates to customers regarding order status
• General administration duties
