A transport and logistics company that is customer focused, that can provide a cost effective, quality service to its customers and a variety of different transportation options are in search for a Fleet Controller to join their team in the Northern Cape.
POSITION INFO:
Role:
The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the fleet is always maintained and road worthy. A key focus of this role is managing the maintenance of the fleet covering: license, COF''s, servicing, rust prevention / repairs, management of accidents and ensuring there is no abuse of the repair process. To maintain service level agreement and ensure they are met, submission of monthly reports as well as maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Transportation & Logistics
- 3 – 5 year’s experience in a Supervisory / Managerial role
- Fully Bilingual in English & Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the Long-distance industry
