SUMMARY:
The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the key responsibilities as highlighted below. The F

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Process all invoices
• Capture invoices on Excel
• Capture invoices on the Fleet program
• Assist in ordering and receiving of spares
• Issue order numbers for all suppliers
• Resolve supplier queries that pertains to payment
• Capture workshop job cards on Fleet program
• Ensure all invoices are submitted for payment before the cut-off date

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• 1-2 years’ experience in the Fleet Department
• 2-3 years of direct experience in Administration
• Administration qualification will be advantageous
• Proven track record of administration experience
• Solid computer Proficiency, including Microsoft Word/Excel/ Powerpoint
