Fleet Administrator

POSITION INFO:

This position reports to: Financial Controller

Main Responsibilities

Fleet Administration

• Pool Vehicle Management
• Services / Repairs
• Monthly Updates
• Vehicle Acquisitions
• Branding of all company vehicles – scheduling of replacement or new fitments.
• Tracking (Cartrack and Netstar)
• Accidents / Insurance
• Traffic Fines – monitor Avis online for new fines on weekly basis and redirect to relevant driver
• E-Tags – cancel or request of E-Tags through FNB Fleet online.
• Fleet Cards - Cancel/ Maintain or replacement of fleet card through FNB Fleet online.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies.

 Other Administration

• Petty Cash.
• Safe keeping – Updating and retention of Annual Financial Statements.
• General office housekeeping
• Health and Safety inspections
• Assisting with Asset/stock counting.
• Assist in general day to day queries, assistance to the Financial Manager / Financial Controller.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
• 6 years prior experience in fleet management
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

• Must be deadline-oriented
• Must have good communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to negotiate with Suppliers
