Fitter and Turner (Project)

Our client is a leading organisation within the manufacturing and engineering sector, and they have an opportunity available for a Qualified Fitter and Turner for a Projects Position, with suitable experience and skills.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Fitter and Turner Trade Certificate.
Welding Experience IS A MUST (Mig / Tig)
Minimum of 1 year post trade experience within the manufacturing industry.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Duties:

Fitting and Turning.
Project, building machinery from Scratch.
Reading drawings for different fabrications.
Welding, Milling and Turning.
Fabrication, Cutting and Drilling.
Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
Basic Electrical Experience.
Fault Finding and Diagnosis.

AREA: Stikland (Transport will be own responsibility)
