ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Must have matric certificate or NTC3 qualification
  • Trade test certificate in the trade of Fitter & Turner
  • Must have minimum of 3 years post apprentice experience in a production environment
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pnuematics, boiler & steam application
  • Knowledge of variable speed gearboxes, overhead cranes, PLC`s and electronics
  • Knowledge of the Sawmill & Forestry industry would be an added advantage
