JOB DESCRIPTION:

Training of apprentices/skills programmes/short courses
Trade Testing/ARPL
Training administration
General competency assessments

Qualifications required:

Qualified fitter & Turner with three years related work experience
Two years work experience as a Trainer
N4 Mechanical Engineering Certificate
Trained/Registered Assessor and Moderator
- Fitter & Turner in manufacturing/mining/production environment
- Ability to train Advanced Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Ability to train pipe fitting
- Train the Trainer
  - Facilitation skills, Communication skills, Writing of reports , Presentation skills

Requirements (technical skills):

Requirements (soft skills):

General work related experience required:

Fitting and Turning experience in the manufacturing, production and mining environment
Training of apprentices and p1 candidates will be advantageous
