POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily interior fit-out, dry-walling, partitioning, flooring, tiling, and finishing works across commercial and residential properties.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate internal trades and external subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct punch-list inspections, ensure snag-free handovers, and verify adherence to architectural and building specifications.
- Material & Cost Tracking: Monitor on-site material deliveries, minimize wastage, and report daily progress to the Project or Property Manager.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, site permits, and company policies on all active work fronts.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 5+ years in site supervision with a strong focus on interior finishes, wet works, and building fit-outs.
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate; trade certificates or built-environment diplomas are an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, crew leadership, time management, and customer service skills.
