SUMMARY: Working for a well-established retail Sector organization, you will act as the central point of contact between the customer and the IT Service Management. You will receive all IT incidents and requires arriving in to the Service Desk and where possible attempt to provide 1st time resolution / 1st line support. You will escalate more complex IT issues up to a 3rd part service provider.
