construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position

An industry leader in mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy is currently in search for an individual to take up the role of Fire Mechanical Engineer with experience in fire safety design experience to be based at their offices in Cape Town.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc. /B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering

Must have acquired a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in relation to the building services design

Must be register as a Candidate Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

Must have Fire risk analysis, statutory requirements and application of codes

Must be able to Plan, design, organize and control complete projects

Must be able to active and passive fire protection systems, automatic sprinklers, smoke

Ventilation rational fire designs

Must have experience in Fire detection and evacuation systems

Must be able to prepare and present technical reports, tender documentation
