JOB DESCRIPTION:


Developing fire safety and compliance designs for multi-disciplined construction projects. Managing small and medium Projects with none or limited guidance, large projects on experience proven basis or as part of company fire design management team.


Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

BTech /BEng/BSC in Mechanical Engineering


Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mechanical building services environment.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in SANS 10400T and rational building fire safety design, with design of firefighting equipment, stair pressurization systems and fire sprinkler systems.


Skills

Professionally representing the company in client, site and survey meetings

Prepare and assist tender documentation

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
