SUMMARY:
Finishing Foreman RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Supervise and Co-ordination of all building works through the construction phases
• Supervise and Co-ordination of all finishing trades through to completion
• Managing scope of works from start to finish
• Prepare reports on project time, equipment, materials and progress
• Interpreting plans, sketches and detail toward a proposed structure
• Implementing and enforcing regulatory requirements relating to safety
• Hiring of contract equipment and operators to insure proper utilization
• Recommending repairs, supervising maintenance of tools and equipment and determining works procedures
• Health and Safety
• Quality control
• Effective communication within the organization

This position reports to a Contracts Manager and the main purpose is to handle all finishing work with subcontractors ensuring that subcontractors complete work to the highest standard

Our Client is a Property Developer who currently have a number of residential building projects in the northern suburbs of Gauteng
