SUMMARY:
Finishing Foreman required for a 6 Level Multi Level Residential Building project near the Newlands area in Cape Town.

Must have 15+ years experience gained on large multi story apartment building projects as Finishing Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Finishing and managing Quality Control
Supervision of sub-contractors
Managing daily diaries
Must have strong finishing and snagging abilities
Wet trades from start to finishes
Need to monitor programme / sub-contractors and cost as well as the safe work procedures for the subcontractors

Project details

28 Secure Apartments over 5 Floors, ranging in size from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom Penthouses.
Contract Value – R70 Million
Area - Newlands
