POSITION INFO:
We’re partnering with an established and forward-thinking organization who is looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical, hands-on professional who enjoys working with complex financial processes such as VAT, TAX, and foreign exchange. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prepare VAT submissions and TAX calculations
Handle foreign exchange transactions and costing processes
Review and sign off creditor reconciliations
Liaise with trade finance facilities to ensure smooth financial operations
Support month-end processes and compliance with accounting standards
Assist with reporting on stock, import, and export-related transactions

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualification: Completed BCom degree (minimum requirement)
Studying towards an additional qualification will be advantageous
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Accountant or similar role
Industry Exposure: Open, but experience with stock, imports, and exports will be highly beneficial
Strong technical knowledge of VAT, TAX, reconciliations, and costing
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
